Administrative Assistant
The administrative assistant reports to the director and managers to ensure work processes are carried out smoothly. On-the-job training will be provided, but the position will require a lot of self-learning.
Some job duties will include:
• Communicating to clients in-person, over the phone, and digital platforms
• Organizing and scheduling appointments
• Planning meetings and taking detailed minutes
• Clerical and administrative activities
• Minimal accounting and procurement
• Office cleaning and organization
• Point of contact for clients, suppliers, etc.
Other requirements include:
• Excellent time management/planning skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (particularly Excel & Word)
• Critical thinking and problem solving skills

The account executive will work with the line manager and the internal team to manage multiple client portfolios. The individual must possess stellar interpersonal skills to contribute towards business growth and maintaining long-term client relationships. In addition, the account executive must have a clear understanding of PR and digital.
Some work duties associated:
• Create, design and strategize proposals
• Present PR & digital marketing strategies to clients
• Event planning of projects and managing timelines
• Leverage existing and cultivating new media relationships
• Addressing all client inquiries effectively and in a timely manner
• Collaborating with internal and external teams on workflow
• Managing content tactic to publish articles and copy
• Analyze on performances before, during, and after campaigns
• Reporting on implementations and campaign metrics
• Update and regulate media spending and other finances
• Communicate to stakeholders on project progress and direction
Demands of other responsibilities may arise naturally in this line of work. The account manager must always be alert and ready to problem solve, and most importantly, communicate well. Other skill sets that are required:
